THE INSTITUTE OF URBAN LIVING, THROUGH ITS HYACINTHS PLACE PROGRAM, PROVIDES SERVICES TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS FOR VULNERABLE WOMEN LIVING IN WASHINGTON, D.C. THIS CLIENTELE, WHO ARE ALSO LIVING WITH MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES, RECEIVE PERMANENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITH SUPPORT SERVICES THAT FOSTER STABILITY, DIGNITY, AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
