THE JESSE HELMS CENTER EXISTS TO PROMOTE TRADITIONAL AMERICAN VALUES & THE PRINCIPLES UPON WHICH OUR NATION WAS FOUNDED & THAT SENATOR JESSE HELMS ADVANCED THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH EDUCATION, PUBLIC POLICY PROMOTION, AND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION.
