TO SUPPORT ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY PERSONNEL OF THE USA, ALL HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS, AND INCLUDING THE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY WOUNDED AS A RESULT OF THEIR SERVICE. THE MANNER OF SUPPORT CAN BE EITHER DIRECTLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR TO A NATIONALLY CHARTERED VETERANS ORGANIZATION OR THEIR VETERAN'S SERVICE OFFICERS. ALL FUNDS, WHETHER INCOME OR PRINCIPAL, AND WHETHER ACQUIRED BY GIFT OR CONTRIBUTION OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE DEVOTED TO SAID PURPOSES.
