WORKSHOPS/CONFERENCES ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN ORDER TO EDUCATE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS ON CURRENT TOPICS AND PRACTICES WHICH AFFECT THEIR PUBLIC SERVICE.CONFERENCE IS HELD FOR FURTHER EDUCATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNANCE OF KENTUCKY AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS THEREOF.
