THE PURPOSE OF THE LINGAP CHILDERN'S FOUNDATION IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDING FOR THE BENEFIT OF PHILIPPINE CHILDERN WHO HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED, ABUSED, EXPLOITED OR ABANDONED, INCLUDING RECEIVING AND ADMINISTERING FUNDING FOR THE LINGAP CENTER, A SHELTER FOR ABUSED CHILDREN LOCATED IN TOLEDO CITY.
