THE MICHIGAN NEONATAL BIOBANK IS A STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT FACILITY FOR THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH'S ARCHIVE OF DRIED BLOOD SPOTS. THE BIOBANK WILL PROVIDE RESEARCHERS ACCESS TO DRIED BLOOD SPOTS FOR RESEARCH INTO THE ORIGINS, PREVENTION AND CURES FOR DISEASES OF PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNS TO MICHIGAN CITIZENS.
