ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO HELP ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS TO RECOVER AND MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE THEREFORE REDUCING THE INCIDENTS OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT TO ASSIST PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS INVOLVED IN THE CHILD WELFARE PROCESS.
