THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIME PURPOSE IS TO OVERSEE THE DISTRIBUTION AND MAINTENANCE OF LAND, WHICH WAS DONATED TO THE CORPORATION BY THE STATE TO REPECTIVE PARISHES AFFECTED BY HURRICANES KATRINA AND RITA. THE ENTITY ALSO IMPLEMENTS MULTIPLE DISASTER RECOVERY AND MITIGATION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT LOUISIANA.
