THE SALTY DAWG RALLY IS A VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATON THAT RUNS RALLIES AT NO COST FOR OFFSHORE SAILORS WHO HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE BLUE WATER PASSAGE. THE SALTY DAWG RALLY IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING PRUDENT SEAMANSHIP, RELIABLE WEATHER ROUTING, SAFE PASSAGE-MAKING AND THE TRUE COOPERATIVE SPIRIT OF THE CRUISING COMMUNITY.
