THE SHELTER'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE THE EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES BY PROVIDING HOUSING, CLOTHING, FOOD, AND LEGAL AIDE FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
