THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE SOUTHWEST BENEFITS ASSOCIATION THROUGH THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS IN THE AREAS OF PENSION AND WELFARE BENEFIT PLANS.
