THE PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ADMINISTER THE OPERATIONS OF THE RED MEN MUSEUM AND LIBRARY WHICH IS TO BE AN EDUCATIONAL & RESEARCH INSTITUTION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) AND THE TEXAS TAX CODE 11.18(C).
