FOUNDED IN 1925 BY TEXTILE COLLECTOR AND CONNOISSEUR, GEORGE HEWITT MYERS, THE MUSEUM IS A NON-PROFIT INSTITUTION DEDICATED TO FURTHERING THE UNDERSTANDING OF MANKIND'S CREATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE TEXTILE ARTS.
