THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AND LOCAL INITIATIVES, TIDEWATER WINDS WORKS TO PROVIDE MUSICAL PERFORMANCES, SPECIAL PROJECTS, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE. IT IS OUR CHARGE TO MUSICALLY SERVE THE HAMPTON ROADS REGION WHILE OFFERING EQUITY AND INCLUSION TO ALL AUDIENCES. WE AIM TO ENCOURAGE EDUCATION, SOCIALIZATION AND UNITY THROUGH OUR MUSICAL PROGRAMS.
