the Corporation is organized and shall be operated for the purposes of providing support to UC HASTINGS COLLEGE OF THE LAW (now known as UC LAW SAN FRANCISCO), Columbia Law School and University of Chicago School of Law (collectively, the "Schools"), all of which are nonprofit corporations, exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and public charities under section 509 of the Code, or corresponding provisions hereafter in effect.
