A SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR: (1)FAMILIES OF PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS WHO LIVE OR WORK IN WAKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, AND WHO LOSE THEIR LIVES IN THE LINE OF DUTY, AND (2)PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS WHO LIVE OR WORK IN WAKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, AND NEED ADDTIONAL TRAINING IN THEIR PROFESSION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR WAKE COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS IN MANY OTHER WAYS, INCLUDING RAISING AWARENESS IN THE COMMUNITY REGARDING THE RISKS OUR PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS TAKE FOR THE COMMUNITY EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY.
