THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL CARE FOR CHILDREN FROM LESS THAN INDEAL SITUATIONS. WE VISIT HOMES, CONTRACT CARE GIVERS AND CONTRACT CASE MANAGERS WHO MONITOR THE LIFE SITUATIONS OF UNDERPRIVILEDGED CHILDREN.
