The Foundation is organized solely and exclusively to support an advanced school of banking known as, TSBS, Inc., FID 72-0019332, and for other educational and professional purposes not inconsistent with the Foundation's status as a nonprofit Foundation under Section 501 c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code or its successor provisions.
