WE ENGAGE, INFORM, AND EDUCATE YOUTH AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT BOATING, SEAMANSHIP, AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARINE INDUSTRIES. OUR PROGRAMS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP IN THE YOUTH WE SERVE.
