PROVIDES COMMON MEMBERSHIP FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH COMMON INTEREST AND BELIEFS. PROVIDES THE USE OF CLUB FACILITIES BY THE MEMBERSHIP TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITIES AND PROMOTE PARTICIPATION FOR YOUTHS IN THE CLUB AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
