IS TO END THE STIGMA SURROUNDING MENTAL ILLNESS BY SHINING A LIGHT ON MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES THROUGH ARTISTIC EXPRESSION (SPOKEN WORD POETRY, ORIGINAL MUSIC AND ESSAY READINGS). THIS IS MY BRAVE IS THE LEADING PLATFORM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE TO SHARE THEIR STORIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFUL LIVES DESPITE A DIAGNOSIS OF A MENTAL ILLNESS TO THE PUBLIC.
