TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND CARE FOR MENTALLY ILL ADULTS, AGES 18-59. THE FACILITY PROVIDES CARE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. THE RESIDENTS DO NOT HAVE THE MENTAL ABILITY OR FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES INDEPENDENTLY.
