THE THOMAS BALCH LIBRARY ENDOWMENT FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2015 TO RECEIVE, MAINTAIN, AND ADMINISTER ASSETS IN PERPETUITY TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND OUTREACH SERVICES OF THOMAS BALCH LIBRARY.
