DEDICATED TO HELPING ANIMALS IN THE SHELTER AT THOMAS J. O'CONNOR RECEIVE THE CARE AND TRAINING THEY NEED TO BRING THEM TO THE ADOPTION FLOOR, AND FROM THERE TO THEIR FOREVER HOMES. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS AND ENHANCES THE MEDICAL SERVICES AND PROGRAMS OF THE THOMAS J. O'CONNOR ANIMAL CONTROL AND ADOPTION CENTER THROUGH FUNDRAISING, SPECIAL EVENTS, AND DONOR APPEALS.
