THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TO LAUNCH AND GOVERN BOTH PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND HOMESCHOOL COOPERATIVES AS WELL AS OCCASIONALLY RAISING FUNDS FOR AND MAKING DISTRIBTUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
