THIS INVOLVES BUILDING A SKILLED WORKFORCE, SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES, AND FOSTERING COMMUNITY THROUGH SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND RACIAL EQUITY INITIATIVES.
