THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE CLEMSON UNIVERSITY'S GOLF PROGRAM THROUGH FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CLEMSON UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INCLUDING THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A FIRST-CLASS GOLF PRACTICE FACILITY ON THE CLEMSON UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR CLEMSON UNIVERSITY'S PROFESSIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA JUNIOR GOLF FOUNDATION.
