TO PROVIDE VITAL SERVICES TO THE JEWISH CHILDREN AND THE GROWING JEWISH COMMUNITY OF ODESSA, UKRAINE. IN FEBRUARY OF 2022, THE WAR IN UKRAINE FORCED TIKVA TO RELOCATE MOST OF ITS COMMUNITY, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES TO ROMANIA. APPROXIMATELY 20% OF TIKVA'S OPERATIONS REMAIN IN ODESSA, UKRAINE.
