TILT OFFERS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, EXHIBITIONS AND CORRESPONDING AUXILIARY PROGRAMMING, LECTURES BY PRACTICING ARTISTS, AND AFFORDABLE ACCESS TO HIGH-END DIGITAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE CREATION OF ART WORKS.
