We develop low to moderate income housing, provide landlord training services, tenant screening services and other community development services (energy conservation, beautification, infrastructure enhancements and other) in the Saint Louis Metropolitan area (15 counties) with a focus in Saint Louis City and historically in SW Garden, Shaw and Tower Grove South neighborhoods.
