THE PBA WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE THE PEACE, SAFETY, WELL BEING AND GOOD WILL OF ITS MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY. THE PBA IS COMMITTED TO DONATING ALL THE TIME AND EFFORT NEEDED TO MAINTAIN AND GROW WITH THE SOMERS COMMUNITY.
