We organized T.U.F.F. Teaching us Fitness and Fundamentals, Incorporatedexclusively for tax-exempt purposes, including, for such purposes, the making ofdistributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under Section501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a section of future federal tax code.
