THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDED QUALIFYING AS A QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESS TO HOLD, DEVELOP, OWN THE TANDY PROPERTY AND LEASE IT TO THE YMCA OF GREATER TULSA, AN OKLAHOMA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO ASSIST THE TULSA YMCA IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND PROVISION OF ITS CHARITABLE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. DURING 2023, THE 7-YEAR NMTC COMPLIANCE PERIOD EXPIRED. AS A RESULT, THE BOARD OF TULSA HEALTHY FAMILIES ASSOCIATION RESOLVED TO DISSOLVE THE ORGANIZATION AND TRANSFER THE REMAINING ASSETS AND LIABILITIES, INCLUDING THE BUILDINGS, UNAMORTIZED LOAN ISSUANCE COSTS, AND THE NMTC NOTES PAYABLE TO THE YMCA OF GREATER TULSA.
