ESTABLISHMENT OF A HEALTH AND WELFARE FUND UNDER WHICH EMPLOYERS OF UNION MEMBERS CONTRIBUTE SPECIFIED AMOUNTS TO THE FUND ON BEHALF OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES. THE FUND PROVIDES HOSPITAL, MEDICAL, WEEKLY DISABILITY, DENTAL, DEATH, AND PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS
