PAUL METROPOLITAN AREA, PROVIDING CHAPLAINCY SERVICES, AND ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES IN THE RAMSEY COUNTY JAIL, AND PROVIDING AFTERCARE SUPPORT AND SOBER-LIVING HOUSES.
