THE UAW FORD LABOR MANANGEMENT COMMITTEES TRUST FUND IS CRAFTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AND PROMOTING CAREER-ENHANCING OPPORTUNITIES OF THE UAW-REPRESENTED FORD HOURLY EMPLOYEES UNDER A COLLECTIVELY BARGAINED AGREEMENT, ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED AUTOMOBILE, AEROSPACE, AND AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT WORKERS OF AMERICA AND FORD MOTOR COMPANY, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TAFT-HARTLEY ACT.
