THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE IMPACTED BY AN EMERGENCY, DISASTER, OR PERSONAL HARDSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, MEDICAL EMERGENCY, FINANCIAL EMERGENCY, PHYSICAL OR NATURAL DISASTERS.
