PROVIDE FOR 75 ELDERLY FAMILIES OR ELDERLY PERSONS, ON A NON-DISCRIMINATORY NON-PROFIT BASIS, RENTAL HOUSING AND RELATED FACILITIES AND SERVICES ESPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE AGED, AND CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS, AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING.
