THE PROPERTY ALSO CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 3,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE (EXCLUDING ROOF TOP SPACE) THAT IT LEASES TO VARIOUS TENANTS.
