THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO BENEFIT VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS. THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, MEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANCE TO THE PEOPLE OF THE AFFECTED AREAS.
