IN ADDITION, WE MUST ADDRESS THE STATE'S HISTORY OF DISCRIMINATION, WHILE ENDING THE MARGINALIZATION AND SUBJUGATION OF OUR PEOPLE. WE CALL ON STATE LEGISLATORS TO ELEVATE THE BLACK VOTE AND TO DELIVER ON THEIR CAMPAIGN PROMISES.
