PROMOTES AND PROTECTS THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS, ENCOURAGES THE APPRENTICE SYSTEM AND HIGHERSTANDARD OF SKILL, SUPPORTS REASONABLE HOURS AND ADEQUATE PAY. ASSISTS MEMBERS IN PROCURING EMPLOYMENT AND PROTECTS THEM BY LEGAL AND PROPER MEANS AGAINST INJUSTICES. ENDEAVORS TO IMPROVE THE MORAL, SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL CONDITIONS OF THE MEMBERS.
