United Nonprofits LLC

Mission

The LLC is organized exclusively to further the charitable purpose, within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Code, of its members, including for such purpose, the making of distributions to organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Specifically, the LLC was organized (a) for the purpose of providing office space for nonprofit organizations in Alaska; and (b) to exercise all powers necessary and convenient to conduct the LLC's business that may be legally exercised by a nonprofit organization in Alaska. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purpose.
