THE ASSOCIATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO HELP FACILIATE THE GAME OF GOLF FOR LEGALLY BLIND PARTICIPANTS BY HOSTING REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS AND TO HELP PROMOTE THE GAME OF GOLF BY HOSTING JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS. ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN WORLDWIDE TOURNAMENTS WHEN FESTIBLE.
