Mission
The mission of United Way of Norman is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community. We do this by working to advance the common good by addressing the most critical problems facing our community. Alongside community partners, we assess the need, develop strategies to address the top priority issues, mobilize partners and resources to implement the plan, and measure our results and report our impact to the community.
