UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES, INC. IS A NON-FOR-PROFIT, NON-STOCK, CORPORATION, WHICH WAS INCORPORATED IN JANUARY 1995. ITS PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND ACTIVITIES OF VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE ACTIVITIES OF VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM AUTHORITY.
