THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING EDUCATION, HEALTH, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE GENERAL WELL-BEING WIH A FOCUS ON UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES, SUCH AS HISPANIC, AFRICAN AND MULTI-CULTURAL PERSONS.
