THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUPPORTING, PROMOTING, AND REPORTING RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA, LAS VEGAS, AS AN ENTITY OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION / NSHE AND COMMERCIALIZATION OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY BE CREATED AS A RESULT OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN NEVADA.
