THE URBAN LEAGUE IMPLEMENTS ITS MISSION THROUGH ADVOCACY, COALITION BUILDING, PROGRAM SERVICES, AND BY PROMOTING COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING AMONG DIFFERENT RACES AND CULTURES.
