TO PROVIDE ARTS PROGRAMS TO AFRICAN-AMERICANS AND TO PRODUCE PROFESSIONAL THEATRE THAT PROMOTES AND CELEBRATED THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN EXPERIENCE, ATTRACT DIVERSE AUDIENCES, SUPPORT AND DEVELOP ARTIST OF COLOR IN SINGING, DANCING AND ACTING AND BUILD SELF-ESTEEM.
